Austin is a very encouraging trainer. His method of being my fitness coach suits me since he always encourages me to do better. He is not only just my trainer but also a friend he catches up on how I am doing physically so that I can achieve my weight and diet goals.
When I am carrying those heavy deadlifts he pushes me a bit more so that I can do more to lose weight. It would not be possible without him.
Despite my busy schedules, Austin worked around my schedule which is thoughtful of him. After having him as my trainer for 6 months, I have lost 8kg. This cannot be achieved without him. THANK YOU AUSTIN!
